Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or be listed on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the EU, the UK or the US.
• You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live. The Platform is not offered in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

The Platform is a membership service. It provides a wallet-based sign-in, a member account denominated in USDT (BEP-20), the ability to deposit and withdraw USDT as transfers on BNB Smart Chain, account records, a member community and support. The website also publishes general educational information about how payments, stablecoins and public blockchains work.

No advice. Nothing on the Platform is financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Educational content is general in nature and may not reflect your circumstances. Seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

No custody of keys. We never hold your private keys or seed phrase. Deposits you make to the Platform are recorded to your member account; withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you specify.

• You access the Platform with a self-custodied wallet. You alone control and are responsible for your wallet, private keys and seed phrase.
• We cannot recover lost keys or reverse blockchain transactions. Always check addresses, networks and amounts before you sign.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your wallet or account, and for keeping any two-factor devices secure.
• One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, lent or transferred.

Deposits are credited once the corresponding BEP-20 transfer has the number of confirmations shown in the dashboard. Only USDT sent on BNB Smart Chain to the address shown for your account is recognised; assets sent on another network or in another token may be unrecoverable.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the address you provide, subject to verification requirements, security checks and any limits displayed in the dashboard. Once a withdrawal is broadcast to the network it cannot be cancelled.

Your dashboard is a record of your account with us. The authoritative record of any on-chain transfer is the BNB Smart Chain ledger itself.

Members may introduce others to the Platform. When you do, you must describe it accurately, must not make promises about outcomes of any kind, and must not present the Platform as financial advice. We may suspend accounts that make false, misleading or exaggerated claims.

To meet legal obligations we may require identity verification (KYC), request information about the source of funds, and screen activity against sanctions and anti-money-laundering requirements. We may restrict, suspend or close access where verification is not completed, where we suspect unlawful activity, or where the law requires it, and we may report suspicious activity to the competent authorities.

Network (gas) fees on BNB Smart Chain are paid by you to the network, not to us. Any fee the Platform applies to an action is displayed before you confirm that action. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your activity.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other unlawful purpose;
• use funds that are not lawfully yours or that derive from illegal activity;
• attempt to exploit, attack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform;
• create accounts using false information or impersonate any person;
• circumvent geographic restrictions, for example by using a VPN from a restricted jurisdiction.

The Platform’s content, design, trademarks and software (excluding open-source components and public blockchain data) belong to Global Finance or its licensors. You may use them only to access the Platform for its intended purpose.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform, BNB Smart Chain or any third-party wallet will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any particular outcome will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Finance and its affiliates, officers and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of funds or data arising from your use of the Platform, including losses caused by blockchain network issues, stablecoin issuer actions, wallet compromise, transfers to a wrong address or network, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Global Finance against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or end your access to the Platform at any time where required by law, to protect the Platform or other members, or if you breach these Terms. Where lawful, we will allow you to withdraw your remaining USDT balance to your wallet.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Finance is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
